I dispute fuel and after hours charge as the gas was a little more than expected and I sent location from my device. The truck was not even due until the next day. Last time I rented I was charged a cleaning fee that shouldn't have happened either.Wynell W.
After hours drop off fee for a car trailer are you kidding me!? I dropped it off early two days prior to due date because the location didn't open until noon. Was it hard to move the train into you gated yard!!! I have dropped off other equipment at different location when they weren't open and never rcvd a charge - this was not stated clearly in anything I saw that there would be a charge for dropping off early.Chris F.

Renting the U-Haul truck was so easy, and I was able to get it with little notice. Eric was enjoyable to work with setting up the rental. For me personally, the location for pick up was perfect.LORRAINE H.
Eric at Longmont U-Haul was GREAT! I was concerned that although I had requested a 5x8 trailer that it would not be available. He kept me informed - actually returned my calls and modified my reservations to help me with my move. Great help when I arrived with testing and hook up. Highly recommended. My only concern was that what I needed would not be available but it worked out well.Stephen H.

The door was locked during business hours and I was not able to be helped until the one person working returned from somewhere in the lot of storage spaces. There was no sign indicating that anyone would be back and I waited for over 10 minutes before I was able to get inside to get the keys for my reserved Uhaul. The person was rude and said that they could not help me with my reservation despite me having clearly communicated my reservation information. They expressed they did not have my reservation, then when they found it, reported that I had already checked out a vehicle, which was false. When I told them (again) the number of the truck on my reservation, which was outside and I needed keys for, they again said they couldn't give me keys for a checked out vehicle. I then showed the person my phone which showed that my instruction was to get the keys from this person, they then again stated they couldn't help, saying they didn't have the truck I was referring to. They then started reading the truck numbers off of all of the keys, and when they said the number of my truck, I expressed that is the one that matches my reservation and they gave me the keys. It was all so rude and this person was clearly not comfortable with the practices of the mobile check in.Gabriella D.
Even though I arrived during posted business hours, the door was locked and no one answered the phone. An employee did return and open the door before I left the premises. The parking lot does not have room for trucks 20' or longer.SETH T.

There were no parking spots available for a truck of this size. I eventually managed to get it in diagonally across multiple spaces without blocking anything, but if there had been any more smaller trucks present, this would have been impossible.Seth T.

I got there during office hours and tried to do the paperwork in person. The staff told me to do it on my phone. It took more than 30 minutes of trying due to your incredibly slow servers and eventually the staff just helped me with the paperwork in person which took 3 minutes. Then they told me that as long as I had the truck back before they opened at 9:00am I wouldn't be charged an extra day. I dropped the truck off at 6:00am yet was still billed for an extra day. I tried calling them to dispute the bill but they told me to call uhaul. Uhauls customer service line is not working and the service tells me they're experiencing problems and to call back later. I wrote an email to uhaul as well. The experience has been pretty frustrating. As it stands now I'll do my best to avoid uhaul the next time I need to move.SPENCER D.
