The truck had less than a quarter tank when I left. Only drove it 14.7 miles. They wanted to charge me an instant $60 penalty for being under a quarter tank. What a bunch of shit. The truck should’ve never been let out of the yard. Better yet don’t accept it. Didn’t know. After extensive argument they still charged me way too much. Run don’t walk away from this place.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff took care of us. It was not clear where I should park the truck we were returning... fixable with better signage.
KENNETH MThe trailer had lights that were not working and the right tail light was barely working. They didn’t offer any solutions, all they did was ask if I still wanted it or not.
Reed MThe plastic that connects the door latch to the door was not attached and fell off when I used it. Looks like a bolt is missing.
DARREN PCustomer service representative went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations I can’t remember the spelling of his name but Erin really helped was patient & courteous.
