Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt makes you nervous to drop off a vehicle at a location that will not see the vehicle for 2 days. All was fine.
Kent WThe owner was very helpful and courteous!
Lori MMy reservation was to pick up the truck at 8am. The gentleman who handles the rentals did not arrive till after 8:30. I returned the truck at 12:15 the next day and turned in the keys. At 3:00 p.m. I received a call that the truck had not been logged back in. The rental agent had never logged the truck back into the system as returned.
Martin LI rented a truck and a toy hauler, but I had to hook them up myself. Shouldn’t they be hitched up for me?
