My reservation was to pick up the truck at 8am. The gentleman who handles the rentals did not arrive till after 8:30. I returned the truck at 12:15 the next day and turned in the keys. At 3:00 p.m. I received a call that the truck had not been logged back in. The rental agent had never logged the truck back into the system as returned.

Ricky HThis was a drop-off on a Sunday. The store was not open and no personnel were present. There was a contract dropbox and it was used in lieu of personnel.
