Randy ELorette Gas was incredible! Uhaul was not. We were told we’d have to travel out of town to a different place to pick up our unit even though we had booked TWO MONTHS earlier (this happened to us the previous time we used Uhaul too) And THEN Uhaul contacted us again to say we could no longer pick up at 12:00 noon, but would have to wait until 4:30!! This absolutely did not work for us. I called Lorette Gas Station directly. They were incredibly understanding and did everything in their power to fulfill the booking as reserved two months earlier. Thank you to the Manager @ the Lorette Gas Station & her incredible team that made it all work. Thankfully Uhaul has good affiliates because they themselves make me never want to deal with them again. I would however work with the people at the Lorette Gas Station who went above & beyond for me. THANK YOU AGAIN. We were able to move our child to another province on time & easily thanks to the Lorette Gas Station team.
Tim oI booked at this location originally. My reservation got switched to another location. I tried to pick up here because the unit was available. It took over an hour to get the reservation changed. It was no fault of this location, the U haul system was not working at the time. Giselle was very helpful and did everything she could to help me out.
