CAROLE MAgain not sure be ause of my experiences this past week with uhual
mellisa MI had to go to two different stores, back and forth, twice just to get the goddamn key. “Go here”, “oh you have to go there”, “go find the truck”, “now go back to the other store”. It literally took me longer than half an hour to get the keys and the entire process was absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never get a U-Haul again because of how insane this experience was. 0/10 would absolutely not recommend. The quote was WAY below what I actually paid. Just a horrible experience. There needs to be WAY more price transparency, WAY more signage and instruction on where to go, and the employees need training on their actual jobs. No one seemed to want to take responsibility for the U-Haul trucks. It was fucking brutal. Never again.
Heidi HThe parking lot is separate from the office. Customer has to drive the unit to the lot then return keys to the office. Shouldn’t be the customers responsibility once the bill has been paid and keys returned.
