PAYAM MI requested to pick up at night cause I was moving at night. I needed to be in Vegas that following morning. I paid movers, and was ready to pick up at 7:30 at the location. I was taken to the wrong uhaul cause when I showed up the phone call told me that they aren’t doing pick ups for those.I don’t understand why uhaul would let me reserve a truck and let me show up for no reason. Then when I got redirected I was on hold for so long, went through an hour process; just to be told that I can’t reserve a truck until the next morning. This was super inconvenient because I was late to my appointment for my new apartment, and I already paid the movers for 8 pm the night I went. This was absolutely stressful.
