While I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the manager, Ray, I unfortunately had a few issues with the vehicle itself. The condition of the truck was far below standards. The passenger-side door was malfunctioning, requiring excessive force to close, which was inconvenient and potentially unsafe. Additionally, the truck was visibly dirty. A few warning lights were on, most notably the tire pressure. This not only posed a safety concern but also resulted in noticeably decreased in fuel efficiency causing the truck felt sluggish and heavy, leading to significantly higher than expected fuel consumption.
