Vehicles were pretty dirty, staff at location was very kind but business never updated after hours drop off and had to rush my 8 hr rental to 3 hours cutting it by 12 minutes before the gated lot closed, to later be overcharged for fuel. Luckily I've heard how shady uhaul can be so I took so many pics inducing of the millage and fuel gauge

OSCAR ZThe original location was not open. Moved to another location that didn’t have the equipment I rented - vehicle was not clean or maintained. I threw out trash from prior renter. The low tire pressure light on - not a customer service friendly location that didn’t allow us to park our car. Incredibly inconvenient and the hassle put me severely behind schedule on a tightly scheduled day. So very disappointed in my entire experience. Not happy at all.
