Truck was dispatched to me as "FULL" on gas, and gauge read "F". However, when "topping off" the tank before beginning my trip, I was able to put over 7 gallons in this "FULL" tank. Also, I had a large number of unused boxes to sell back, But despite the UHaul buy-back guarantee, this location refused to buy them back despite the fact that they sell these boxes. Upon further checking, I learned that the only location willing to purchase back these boxes was 45 miles from my town in the wrong direction, meaning that I would have to drive an extra 90 miles to sell them back before leaving. As a result, I had to take up valuable cargo space and haul these almost 900 miles to my destination before being able to sell them back.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe guys working there were incredible. You couldn’t ask for a more supportive and cheerful staff being sure that they explained every little detail and nothing was missed. The return was easy and again very pleasant with the staff.
Christopher PUnfortunately, one light was not functioning, the trailer breaks did not work, and staff did not properly connect trailer with safety mechanism. When we asked about it, the staff spoke to us with profanity and said take it or leave it. Very bad experience.
