Very dark, no yard lighting for night/after hours returns, poor signage, no clear direction to "office" and drop box was hard to find. Terrible experience. Also, the app for use in return worked but was not user-friendly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI wish it was laid out a little better, it’s not bad but to pick up and drop off keys you have to go to the front of the building and to drop off the truck you have to go all the way around back and it’s kinda hard to know where to go when you first pull up especially at night but it’s not bad just a little inconvenient
Joshua LParking lot is small and filled with junk equipment. Office was closed for the weekend.
paul wThe lady I dropped the truck off with was excellent
DYLAN Jdelayed pick up and we had to drive around an hour extra looking for trailer light kit as they were out.
