The U-Haul had no gas in it (only 15 miles left) the fuel pump wasn't working it kept stopping every second when trying to fuel up. I got charged extra for stopping to get gas every time because the fuel pump wasn't working.

the vehicle is not in good condition due to this i have faced few difficulties in driving the vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this vechile . Thanks

Robert CThis was a terrible experience. I was not informed that this was an online/mobile pickup. I had to make multiple calls to get the keys to pick up the truck. One of the calls I was transferred to a place to leave a message. The third time I called the person I spoke with realized that there was a code missing from the order that was preventing me from using the app to get the code. We spent about 30 minutes just trying to get keys for the truck. This was the worse experience I’ve had with U-Haul. The truck itself was fine. I would recommend that in the future the people setting up the pickups let you know it’s an on line pickup and put in all the codes. If I had known that it was an online pickup I’d have chosen some where that was in person pickup.
MICHAEL BActually the location was closed when I made my return so I used the app. It was a small office in a strip with other businesses. There wasn’t much parking as there were already three trucks in the rather small lot (thus the average rating), but I managed! I didn’t work with a rep on my return since they were closed nor did I see inside the office.
