Terance LYou guys are great 👍
FRIDAY OWhile I was grateful to have been able to rent the truck size I needed, I was stunned and deeply disappointed by the final charges on my receipt. After reviewing the receipt, I discovered that I had been charged for gasoline, even though I personally refueled the truck and returned it with more gas than was required. I was also charged for coverage that I did not need or authorize. Additionally, when I returned the truck at night, I was unable to complete the transaction online. Had I been able to complete the return process online, I believe the charges could have been recorded more accurately and the discrepancies might have been avoided. This is not my first time renting a 26-foot U-Haul truck, and I have never experienced charges that made the rental this expensive. I understand that profitability is an important part of running any business. However, integrity, honesty, and transparency are equally important to a company's long-term survival, success, and reputation. Customers should be able to trust that the charges on their final receipt accurately reflect the services and options they actually used or authorized.
Daniele BWe've used this location many times in Lowell. Exceptional service!
