They had changed my location pick up and when I get to the facility where I had the reservation at there’s no one there cause they’re at lunch and the gentleman that took care of me was rude and I was not informed that I had to take pictures of the truck in and out of the miles and the gas that was put in it so essentially I had to check myself out and check myself in awful experience
