Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe facility is extremely poorly lit and urgently needs proper lighting installed. There was no illumination around the truck, none in the parking lot, and no lighting near the lockboxes where customers pick up their keys. In short, the entire property has zero functional lighting. When I arrived at 6:30 a.m., the lack of visibility made the environment feel unsafe. I noticed a few individuals walking around the lot, and because everything was completely dark, the situation felt unsettling enough that I hesitated to get out of my car to retrieve the truck. Given the current conditions, I would not recommend this location outside of local business hours to anyone unless they urgently needed a vehicle and had no alternatives, which i did because two other facilities cancelled trucks on me. One on Saturday and then another on Sunday, but this is another story itself! At least this facility had a truck and honored their commitment unlike the other two facilities!
Andrew MThe facility was well kept and it was the 24/7 truck share that I did. It was a little time consuming and it is contactless. I had to call the help line to get assistance, they were very polite and extremely helpful. The app was frustrating to use and could be a little more user friendly.
Shannan TI had a medical emergency, I was injured while moving furniture and they made me extension very simple. They were great with no outlandish fees!!!
Donna HThe pick up location has to be changed for the side truck I needed. Not around that area so not applicable for me to recommend.
