I was told I would get a refund because I turned it in early from the drop off place but when I called to get it, they had to call this regional manager and he said absolutely not. I don’t understand that. Why would you make me rent the truck for four days when I don’t need it that long and it doesn’t take four days to load and drive from Alabama to Florida. We did it in two days. I feel that it’s ridiculous. I did not get a days a refund.

Robert BPick up and drop off was so easy. And the U-Haul we used was very clean and maintained.
Alisha AI was expecting to be able to pickup the keys to the truck without having to go inside but I was forces to wait until the business opened to pickup the keys. The U-Haul app would not allow me to upload pictures when I picked up the vehical but was happy to report that I was able to return the vehical after operating hours. Over all my experience was good. Thanks!
CADWALLADER FOnly rented moving blankets here but the staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
