Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was told I would get a refund because I turned it in early from the drop off place but when I called to get it, they had to call this regional manager and he said absolutely not. I don’t understand that. Why would you make me rent the truck for four days when I don’t need it that long and it doesn’t take four days to load and drive from Alabama to Florida. We did it in two days. I feel that it’s ridiculous. I did not get a days a refund.

Robert BPick up and drop off was so easy. And the U-Haul we used was very clean and maintained.
Alisha AI was expecting to be able to pickup the keys to the truck without having to go inside but I was forces to wait until the business opened to pickup the keys. The U-Haul app would not allow me to upload pictures when I picked up the vehical but was happy to report that I was able to return the vehical after operating hours. Over all my experience was good. Thanks!
