I will say improve the signs of the location. There is no signs for the pick up area. The equipment was not in a well maintain was frosty. It was dirty. It was a really bad experience. I’ve been renting for you guys for quite a while, but this one was not the best that I will say.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI’m not sure what turned me off about this location. I chose it because it was close to where I dropped off the car. Went into the office and was asked if I get back to trailer up in an empty area, which was no problem. We’re back in and was told you’re done. I asked if I needed a receipt or anything I was told no. But then I got a text message about an hour later telling me I had to drop off the trailer.
Ronald KVery convenient location. Staff was nice.
Royce EGreat deal 👌
Rhett CFirst I had to run all over to get to location then I pulled in to a place that looked like it was closed. Greeted by a dog barking and coming at me with no one around. Then the lady comes out and dog jumps on our car. Once she gets it put away she comes out and says well you coming in. Get rid the dogs. This U-Haul pickup was the worst all the Mankato U-Haul should go through training
