Provide instructions how to get unhitched when turning in the equipment when the location is closed. That was heavy! :)
SHAUNA CI ordered a 15’ but had to accept a 20’ and pay extra for the larger truck. Made an appointment for 8:30 am but she didn’t arrive until 9:00 so I was late meeting helpers that came to pack

Stacey GThere is no cell phone service in the area and getting the app wouldn’t work for me. They also didn’t have anyone uhaul trained there. When we reached someone on the phone- they had to reset my pickup time for some reason. It took over an hour to pickup the truck when it should have been 5 minutes.
