The manager was rude and impatient. I left my phone in the truck. It was not there when I went back in the next morning to get it.
Only because there is no other location. We requested smaller, got larger and had to pay for larger even though we didnt want it
There was no ramp on the truck that caused a lot of problems
I rent U-Haul trailers 6-8 times per year. This was the worst experience I have had with U-Haul. It was not the location that was the problem...IT WAS U-HAUL. Apparently U-Haul picked up the majority of trailers from this location and only left them with 6x12 trailers, although I was told they had a 5x8. I had no choice but to rent a 6x12, since I had a delivery scheduled for a customer. So I ended up paying $30.00 more than I should have. When I called U-Haul, I got an idiot on the phone, who told me "Well you had a choice." which I did not have, since I had a scheduled delivery to make. She would not listen and transferred me, supposedly to customer Service of which I was on hold for 1/2 hour. I live in Rural Utah, and this is the closest location for me to pick up and return a trailer. If this is the kind of service U-Haul offers, I'm done with U-Haul.
Returned on a Sunday. Facility was closed.
Starks went out of her way to help correct the zip code error on my part for the place of drop off. It was an efficient and easy auto transporter and it worked out great.
The only complaint would be the difficulty using your website paperwork. It's long and ridicules that you can't register both trucks at the same time. That was frustrating since I had done all that on line, or at least that's what I thought.
Give put refunds for mileage not used, if you return the uhaul with more gas in it then needed, and if its returned in the same day.

Reserved a truck within 15 miles from the house. They called and said I had to pick up 60 miles from the house. They originally gave me extra miles and an extra day. When we discussed the drop-off lacation they gave me extra miles AND an extra day again because the place was closed on sundays. Ended up charging me an extra 316.78 for extra days, extra miles and wrong drop-off location. I'm furious and have better things to do than spend time on the phone trying to get this all sorted.
This location was great .
I was sold a 5 day package. I did not need 5 days to make my move. I was done in 2 days. I should have been able to get a reimbursement for the 3 days not used. It cost more than enough in the first place. I think people who opt to move themselves should be able to pay for the days actually used and not days as a package.....unless a package would be more cost effective for the renter.
The staff at Alvey Lumber was friendly and really helpful which we were so grateful for at the time.
The exterior and interior of the trailer was clean but in very poor condition. Time for this one to re\tire. The service at this location was excellent. They were very helpful having ready and helpful with the return.
We had to pick up the truck after hours. We had great difficulty using the phone app to pick up our vehicle. When we called u-haul customer service the worker didn't know how to talk us through the process. We lost most of our moving help because we were an hour late picking up the truck after we muddled through randomly trying to get the app to work.
the clerk was checking out customers and trying to help me with the U-haul rental. would have been nice to have two clerks on duty.

Technology is advanced enough for you to have the correct inventory on the internet for a customer to choose from. You should not offer vans to areas that never have vans. Called in to customer service and they were horrible. Spoke with a Michelle and supervisor Christy and they are not trained properly in handling customer complaints and do not show empathy! Basically you need to update inventory on website and train call in customer service. Place I picked up the truck was great.
