The acces driveway to the parking area of the trucks is very narrow and not easy to maneuver, it would be very helpful to increase the culvert’s width. Thank you

Zinina JLaunching directions from the U-Haul app took me to a wrong location which is when realized the actual address was not passed into the maps app. I suppose you could blame user error for not double checking... Fortunately, the location was only a couple minutes further away. Upon arriving, I was sadly surprised to find that the entire property is just nestled in a heavily wooded area with just a stilted shack for an office. Having rained recently, the area was very muddy, with deep tire tracks everywhere collecting water. It was not clear where I should park my car while I borrowed a van, so I parked and left it in the only spot that I believed was out of the way and dry without having to traverse very uneven and woody ground. I'm given this location two stars instead of 1 is because I was able to successfully borrow a van after hours with the app, which was a smooth experience despite the location. Although, capturing all of the required photos of the van was slightly challenging, having to jump over vegetation and mud to get the van fully in the camera's view. A plus, the van was new having only over 2k miles on it so it was overall pretty clean. On the floor of the driver side and in the back was a little dirt, perhaps tracked in mud from prior use, but that wasn't a problem for me. For anyone interested in this location, wear footwear and perhaps pants you don't care to get dirty.
