Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation didn't have gravel or pavement so it was a bit wet/muddy navigating to the truck. Prior renters had forgotten personal keys in the vehicle and since we used app, we had to wait for someone to arrive to leave them.
Angela BI was quoted a price for the U-Haul and for the mileage over the phone when I reserved it when I went to pick up it was a totally different charge on both. I was not happy. I did refill the gas and I even showed the gentleman when I got there and I had a gas receipt which she didn’t wanna look at. And my bank account I was charged an extra 1495. And I would like to know what that was for
pam sNo one was there. The building was closed and I had to do the ridiculous self-checkout process, which took forever
Sarah KThere is a need of at least one light outside..too dark, too bushy,,, too scary especially when dropping off beyond day ..
