When I first went to this location to drop off my rental trailer no one was at the location. I figured that I could drop off the trailer at another nearby location. Boy was I wrong. I called the 1-800 number and was told that there was no way for this to happen unless a scheduler could do it. So I contacted the scheduler and they informed me that this was not possible. I was told over the phone that I would have to return to the address on my contract and download the U-HAUL app and return it there on the app. I just drove over 1200 miles across the country and all I want to do is get the trailer back to where it is supposed to go. I returned to the original location, and someone was there. He was helpful and got me checked in and I was done. You need to do a better job of showing the hours of the return location and if they will be limited hours or other options before you allow an individual to rent and return to a location. I will look to use another company for my future needs.

The location was excellent, but the app was a nightmare. From pickup to drop off it crashed out, failed to upload, and I when I finished with the return process, it started over at the very beginning and wouldn't let me upload any images or continue. Corporate needs to fix their app or fire their development team.
STEVEN PJust one observation: the driver’s cabin had a lot of dust. Other than that, the equipment worked very well, and I never felt unsafe operating it.

haize dMore of a complaint of the whole reservation process. Initially reserved a 15' truck from the provo bulldog location. Two days prior, received a call from a uhaul representative who let us know that there were no trucks available at that location so we were reassigned to a location in orem. On the day of pickup at 6:00am, we went to pick up the truck from the new location, but during the check in process, we were forced to call a representative who then told us that there was no truck available at that location either. Upon forcing us to call yet another representative, we were forced to back track and drive 40 minutes away to another location where we picked up a truck that did not have our reserved blankets or dolly, and had the check engine light on. Overall, the process was incredibly frustrating and it felt like there was a lack of transparency with each location and representative that we talked to.
