The truck was extremely dirty-covered in lots and clumps of dog hair everywhere and the cabin smelled like cigarette smoke. But Jacob met me when I dropped it off and apologized and was going to make it right. The truck itself ran smooth.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCouldn’t find the lock box, in a obscure spot with no signage indicating where it’s at
Evan FNo improvements needed at this location. It was the easiest turn in I’ve ever experienced. I would drive farther just to drop off here.
Douglas PNothing. It was convenient and easy and I'm sure I'll rent the trailer again next time I have something to haul or pick up.
Brooks LYou need better signage on where your drop off box is located! We spent 20 minutes walking around your building until we finally saw it as we were leaving the facility!
