I placed my order for a uhaul 2 weeks in advance at a different location. The morning on the day I was meant to pick it up someone called and said they didn't have the equipment I needed and gave me the address to a different location. I went to the new location and no one was there and no one answered the phone. I called back to the original location and they found me this location. The people here were very nice and helpful but the entire ordeal was outrageous.
