I requested a hand truck and none were available. Had to use a furniture carrier.

The staff at this location was very friendly, the truck was also very clean. I was highly disappointed in the maintenance of this truck, you had to press the brake all the way to the floor to stop, the back tires were not in good condition at all, the truck stalled out in traffic a few times, overall I had a good experience with the staff but not with the maintenance of the truck.
KATELYN EHave someone in office when your hour says open on Google. Customer will go to next closesest business for rental.

Mellon CI’ve rented from U-Haul many times throughout the years. This was by far the worst experience. Don’t rent from this location. The truck was filthy and not in good condition. If I wasn’t on a time crunch, I would’ve gone to a different location.
