LOVEMORE CThe representative there had a bad attitude and was barely helpful. Under no circumstances would I recommend using this location. Also do not trust that you will see a human being when you go to pick up truck. The text message will give you a time to pick up the vehicle, but what the text does not tell you is that the facility may close hours before your pick up time so if there’s any questions you have etc. do not expect to see a human being
RICHARD JHire someone that knows all the ins and outs of the business they working for. Because the cashier at the K&D location didn't know how to properly use the system to put in the input for my uhaul gift certificate, I'm stuck waiting on a my refund, now two days. She deserves to be fired because I gave her the certificate information and she took it upon herself to charge my card and just refused to use the certificate by her own will. Not the way A business is ran.
