The representative there had a bad attitude and was barely helpful. Under no circumstances would I recommend using this location. Also do not trust that you will see a human being when you go to pick up truck. The text message will give you a time to pick up the vehicle, but what the text does not tell you is that the facility may close hours before your pick up time so if there's any questions you have etc. do not expect to see a human being

Hire someone that knows all the ins and outs of the business they working for. Because the cashier at the K&D location didn't know how to properly use the system to put in the input for my uhaul gift certificate, I'm stuck waiting on a my refund, now two days. She deserves to be fired because I gave her the certificate information and she took it upon herself to charge my card and just refused to use the certificate by her own will. Not the way A business is ran.
Edeith WThe trucks were parked extremely close together. I took pictures of all sides and then there was a claim filed that I put a gouge in the side of the truck that was already present at pickup and present in the pictures taken. I had to drive 30 minutes to pickup the truck after I had reserved one right by my house. When I called UHaul, they were accommodating though.
Elise SThe only problem was with y’all’s software for taking pictures of the vehicle and drivers license. Problematic. Simplify that process.
Donald MThe lot to park trailers and trucks jn was small with cars parked in the way backing a full size extended cab truck into a lot not as wide as the truck and trailer inwas backing with a uhaul truck taking up a good portion of the one side of the lot and cars parked in the way mad it difficult even for me. I have a cdl and can back up into about any place you ask.
