Your mobile website / app is horrible. It doesnt work correctly. After numerous tries to return the truck using the app i gave up. It is the worst piece of software ive ever tried to use. Ive been in IT for over 40 years and hands down youre the worst. You need to hire some competent software people and design and build a solid app and website that works.

I got tired of $35 for gas well when I got the truck it was at a half a tank I took it back between a quarter and a half and I got charged for a fuel tank which wasn't there when I got the truck I don't understand it

A better and earlier heads up would have gone a LONG WAY. I did not have any of the required documents with me since everything is packed, so I gave two references which you called but didnt get ahold of either (because it's an 800 number) so I'm not sure why this took 10 minutes. Maybe you want it all on security cameras, but my driver's license and selfie photo is could have been taken earlier. Simply put, I was in a rush and these steps seemed a bit over the top. Truck also reeked of cigarette smoke so that was very frustrating.

I refer everyone to this location because they have HUMANS that provide EXTRAORDINARY Customer Service!!! I DO NOT do business with rental companies that DO NOT have fabulous humans to assist me. NO exceptions. One experience with the Uhaul location in Lexington Park, MD was enough!!!

What an absolute mess. The owner of U-Haul should be banned defensively because he is rude impolite, he thinks he own the country, he does know how to talk to the customer, he does care at all. They should closed the location or remove him as owner or manager, he will be in trouble one people, he never apology to the customer. He thinks he is better than everyone who come there to rent a truck, he attitude is very bad I will never recommend anyone to go there to rent anything the place should be closed because of his attitude, do not give him a second chance please

Vehicle had bad exhaust leak under cab and sounded like a race car. Fumes also entered the cab and I had to keep the window down. Also you had to hold steering wheel to right to go straight.

I picked up van before store hours, app took a while to open each page and I had to provide 2 peoples phone numbers and names who uhaul called right away to verify who I was, had to take pic of driver (self) and front,back of drivers license - even though I pre registered online, this process still took me almost 30 minutes.

The engine check light was on and the old light was on indicating that it needed a oil change. I did tell the guy there that the light was on and he said oh that's fine.

Customer service was TERRIBLE here. Guy who originally took my info to reserve did NOT know what he was doing, nor did it seem like he was even interested in helping me. It was like I was inconveniencing him. When we arrived to the location the next day to pick up the truck, the lady who was running the office had JUST gotten out of moving one of the trucks with NO mask on, AND SMOKING A CIGARETTE! .....and yes, she smoked that cigarette the whole time she was in and out the truck. I knew right right and there that our truck was going to be DISGUSTING, and surely enough- it was. NAIL CLIPPINGS ON THE FLOOR, TRASH BEHING THE SEAT, HORRIBLE SMELL. Define NOT cleaned or SANITIZED after the previous person who used it. This location is a disgrace to your brand and company name.

Original trailer size 5x8 was changed to 4x8 was told trailer had been damaged. Then new location was offered. Next day. That trailer was also damaged. Was offer one 1 hour away that was available. Kept the 4x8 which turned out to be too small. Made the experience stressful

I ordered the trailer for pickup in Lorton, VA. I went there and was told they didn't have a trailer and had to drive 2 hours west to Martinsburg, WV. I was also told I could pickup at 7:00 AM on Nov. 21. This U-haul site doesn't open till 9:00 AM. I hope I never have to use U-haul again.
