Have someone behind the desk that knew what she was doing and good do her job by being a little more friendlier. I tried to return unused boxes and was told I couldn't because she didn't know how it worked. Maybe you should train employees a little bit better.

My original pick up location was not this location. The business I was supposed to get my vehicle from never opened its doors for the business day on Friday 9/27/2019. What a sh$&show it was finally to get to a Uhaul dealer that had exceptional customer service and honored my reservation. I will not rent from Uhaul again because I cannot trust your rental locations will be open for business and not cost me 2 hours of lost time and frustration of not knowing if a different location would honor my contract.

I reserved a uhaul close to my house. The day before my move I received a call saying it was at another place. Ok fine. I get to the other place that is further away from my moving point and it’s not there? If u want to improve ur customer service make sure that the vehicle is there especially if I reserved it a month in advance!

I called on Saturday and was told they would be open 9-3 on Sunday - they were not. I called to tell that I dropped off the vehicle and had other questions and was hung up on.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will be sharing my experience with anyone who will listen! We will never be using uhaul again! It added so much more stress and heartache to an already stressful move. The truck we ordered was not available, and we were notified the morning of pick up! The only option we had was for a truck 10 ft smaller and only 50 miles reimbursed. We had to make 4 trips instead of 2, with it being 80 miles round trip each time. The 50 miles reimbursement did not touch the additional expense! Not to mention it was not adjusted in our total bill. I am still awaiting the refund to reach my bank. We ordered a dolly- not available when we picked up the truck. The gas tank was 3/4 full upon rental and there was no one available to confirm. The truck did not go over 45mph and would not shift after 3rpm. The location we picked up from dismissed us and refused to offer any help. They were not there upon drop off, and we had no way of signing the truck back in. We were told our card would not be charged until we returned the vehicle, and to put a debit card on file in the event we did not return the vehicle. We did as asked and specified wanting to use our credit card for the total cost. We were told that not be an issue. However once we provided our debit card information, an immediate $200 hold on funds was applied. And we could not adjust the charge to our credit card. Then a day later, I noticed an additional $200 charge on my debit card! We called the uhaul customer service line countless times as well as the service location. EVERY representative we spoke to was rude and short with us. No one was helpful or kind! No one noted our account so we had to go through the same story every time we called. Everyone gave us a different answer. There wasn’t a manager available. And one never returned my calls either. We are utterly dissatisfied with all areas of our rental experience. We will never promote or use uhaul again as a result.

Check equipment when returning. Over charged fuel. I returned truck with over half a tank as required. It was checked in at a 1/4 of a tank and charged the difference.

We had one problem. Our pickup location was 23 miles from our original pickup location as was given. When arriving at our drop off location I was told we owed additional money for miles driven over. Mileage should have been added for this pickup location change. Otherwise box truck was in good condition and no other problems.

Mobile pick up was pointless. Was not approved to pick up until the location opened a hour later. Our pick up time was 8 am and did not leave the pick up site until after 9 am. If we would have been able to get the key earlier the truck would have been blocked by another and we couldn’t move any way. The early pick up that we needed was pointless.

They didn't check the truck when we returned it. They looked completely confused when we asked for a receipt. The place looked like a used car lot

I wasn't quite sure what to make of this business. They were very flustered when I arrived. I will take the blame for not having my cell phone available. It fell in the sink and was doused with water and I hadn't picked up another. Why this is important is because Uhaul now wants pictures of you and return texts.The fact I did not have a phone frustrated the situation more. I was unaware of the changes, because my previous rentals were pick up the keys and go. They also want the names and phone numbers of two, to three people. It was in case I didn't bring the truck back I was told. Over all, with the exception of playing with their dog and kittens, it was not as pleasant experience as renting from UHaul normally is.

The place was dirty, when I dropped off the trailer she told me she was going to email me my receipt. And I did not receive your receipt. I called the main number and they send me the receipt.

Make drop off’s more available! We initially wanted to drop off ten miles from us. However you offered us a discount for a drop off at the Martinsburgh location. The next day I tried to change back and they had no space for a 4 by 8 trailer.
