Only issue I have is been trying fine out if they own me any money back from were I estimate on my milage an when. I return uhaul back they were closed due to the weather..so I've even called all morn always he gone are he outside not very hard to answer simple question.

The owner told me not to drop off the trailer at his location but couldn't explain to me why. He said multiple time he didn't have space but there was space outside. As I'm trying to get a valid explanation to why I'm being turned away. A guy in a small Uhual truck was able to drop his off without any issues. The owner was very unprofessional and started yelling at me not to drop it off. That's when my wife called the 800 number to get more clarity. The rep on the phone explained to us, this location is the authorized drop-off location and to leave the 4x8 trailer. I dropped the trailer off as instructed. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Willie MAt drop-off I was not given confirmation and had to call 800# 2hrs later to confirmation dropout was before my return time as to not incur extra charges?
Timothy MWhen I returned the UHaul the employee was very rude. I asked him if he could tell me how much gas to put in since I forgot my paper in the other car. He responded that he didn't know and that the website was down so he couldn't check me out. When he told me to leave the truck I asked if he would come out to verify I returned it in good condition. He refused and then began to over talk me telling me if I had an issue that I could return it somewhere else. Even after explaining that I was fearful of being charged for something I didn't do, he refused to check it. I asked would he at least contact me when the website was up and although he said yes, he never did and I was charged more than my mileage. I came back the next day to find the truck gone so I'm not sure when or where they checked my mileage to charge but I will never use that location again. It was very unprofessional and disappointing.
Lydia TThis was not my first choice on my reservation (Skymart 7 was). When I arrived to pick up my auto transport trailer it had a flat tire from days earlier that wasn't expected to be fixed until 2 days after I needed it. No call or email that it wasn't available. Had to find another location. That's unacceptable to not inform the renter their rental is not available. I could have made other plans instead of wasting over an hour.
