Jacquelyn BThe young woman had no clue about what I needed to do to check in the trailer. I had to go back to the location two days after dropping off because they did not contact me as I was told they would do. Claimed technical problems with check-in process but a phone call would have been nice or an email.
Wesley EDid not have proper instructions or equipment. Was instructed to use a block of wood to secure trailer from rolling into street.
