Make sure a lock is placed on the rear doors. I had to supply my own. It did not dampen the excellent ratings due in large part to the excellent customer service of the manager on site Angie at the Matawan Michigan location.

When we processed the turn in, she looked at our contract and saw we were charged for the truck we returned and the second one we drove to Michigan. She gave me a phone number for U-Haul customer service. I called the number and the person I talked to was able to get the refund approved and sent to our credit card within 24 hours.
