Only complaint about truck was it smelled like smoke, the location was excellent with friendly/polite staff.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGood customer service, lady I worked with was very helpful.
George LCustomer service person was friendly and very helpful. Accommodating all our needs and answering all our questions.
ROBERT AMake sure a lock is placed on the rear doors. I had to supply my own. It did not dampen the excellent ratings due in large part to the excellent customer service of the manager on site Angie at the Matawan Michigan location.
Rick MThe person working there helped me to back the trailer into a parking place before moving the truck to its parking space. When we processed the turn in, she looked at our contract and saw we were charged for the truck we returned and the second one we drove to Michigan. She gave me a phone number for U-Haul customer service. I called the number and the person I talked to was able to get the refund approved and sent to our credit card within 24 hours.
