Man was drunk smelling like alcohol. Should not be in charge of location. Very rude. Now charging extra for cleaning and gas when it was left clean and fuel was added prior to drop off. Ill never rent from this location again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI don’t agree with being charged a clean up fee since I left it in the condition I received the truck in. I left no trash or mud inside the truck at all. I think that is just a scam fee.
Adam CThe truck seemed to have issues accelerating and did not feel like it was running as it should. It didn’t have any lights on but it most definitely didn’t feel like it was running well. Then after we returned it I was supposed to get a refund and the man was trying to charge me a $25 cleaning fee when I left it with more gas then what he gave it to us with and cleaner than I received it. I even uploaded the pictures to U-Haul that it was clean it didn’t have any mess. I’m guessing he just didn’t want to refund any extra money? Idk then he sent me an email requesting more money with a receipt that had a signature which I didn’t sign but with my name about paying him the $25 more dollars which honestly it’s not the amount it’s the fraud this man is and I only saw him very little I couldn’t imagine actually doing business with this person. On a good note the truck was available the app was very easy and simple to work with on getting the U-Haul and keys and etc but never again from that location
Cesar BIt was closed when we dropped off.
CHERYL CCharged me a ridiculous extra gas charge because the gas line was literally a hair line under 3/8ths full. Ridiculous location wont be coming back or recommending to anyone.
