Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo representative present during normal working hours; no facility could be found at address provided for drop off; voicemail only when attempting to contact drop off representative. Could do better!
Ronny SGreat place to rent from, can check in and out through the app - yeah they’re super helpful if you have any trouble
Jim TTerrible return experience as there was no one available to speak with. I would have dropped it off elsewhere had i known there were no employees. I did not feel safe at this location either. I was asked to take multiple photos, but didnt feel safe. It was also difficult to use your own straps the way the truck is designed inside. I will not rent from uhaul again.
