I chose this location because there was supposed to be a person there until 4pm. I arrived about 3pm and there was no one there. I had to drop off using the online app. There was a poor signal in that area so it took a long time to drop off. There were no instructions as to where to leave the vehicle. Very poorly thought out drop off location. I would NEVER use this location again.
