The person who answered the phone for reservation was less than helpful. The customer service was not friendly. Very direct and uninviting.

The truck smelled like someone had smoked weed in it. Truck rode smoothly and cruise control worked great.

I rented a 15' truck and an auto transport. I was told it would be $90.00 to ensure my car was secured properly. This was unexpected so I drove my car onto the transport and secured the vehicle myself. Uhaul must change this immediately to ensure cargo is secured to a trailer properly and no cause a major incident on a highway.
