Did not see the requirement to take pictures of my license plate and the four sides of the trailer and not told of this by the owner otherwise everything was very well done and the trailer was quite clean and fit the bill for my needs

after a notice of weeks I could not get my uhaul I wanted and have used many time and had to drive 65 miles to pick it up to find our it was smaller then I have used many times,This will be my last time at uhaul. I have at last found a better source.

Scott CThere was prior damage to the unit. When I returned it they rudely blamed me for the damage. Then they tried to charge me for gas when I had filled it up at the gas station right next door to the exact amount I received the truck with. After I told Ryan the worker at west side that I did not do the damage I received a call from the safe move insurance person asking questions about the damage and that they are claiming it under my insurance. I believe the west side failed to do there job by properly checking in the truck and now trying to get out of there responsibilities.
