I would recommend this location to anyone. Would I recommend U-Haul as a company to use to move. Absolutely not. We had reserved a truck and the day before we were told that it was no longer available and that we would have to drive to Kelowna to now pick up a truck. Well considering we live in Merritt currently and were moving to Kelowna that would be silly especially since you pay for km's. We had movers ready for our reservation time and then I had to pay them not only for the time i had slotted but then again for the next morning as that is when we could get another truck (larger then the original truck that we ordered) and then we had to rush it back as well. We originally had a truck reserved for Thursday at 1:30 and were to bring it back on the Saturday but because of the screw up we had only had one day to move. That was load it up and then unload it and have the truck back to Merritt. on the same day. I would consider yourself lucky to have such great people working the Merritt location, as they were so great about everything. I would never recommend U-haul to others
