Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat service from the girl in charge and a smooth, hassle-free process.
Michel HThe service was amazing. we didn't know how to use the auto transport and the woman that helped us went out of her way to make us feel confortable with loading and transporting the car.
ANGEL DEquipment being the van was clean. The overall van was not. Front steering was sounding as if it was to fall apart. On high speeds a regular driver could get into a accident. Its seems to need a full inspection to assure drivability. Also the check engine was on and the issue maybe directly linked to gas consumption. I feel i over spent on gas alone as i used it two day under 100 miles and had to fill the gas tank 2 times. Not normal at all do to being press for time i did not say anything to the office. But i do feel i should be refunded.
Daniel GThe staff was very attentive, accommodating, and easy to work with. They went out of their way to meet my needs and were extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. Three thumbs up! 👍👍👍
