Truck was parked in an easy to maneuver location and pickup instructions were easy to follow. All of my requested equipment were included and the truck had a full tank of gas, ready to move. Would recommend, and they have several trucks to choose from

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe issue I encountered with this rental was that the Uhaul app is not very friendly. When I turned in the truck it told me to drop off the key at the lockbox that they have instead of taking it inside the facility. This caused for the truck to show as I still had it for 2 extra days. It was a real inconvenience to me as I had to keep calling for 2 days to get this resolved. Aside from that everything else was fine.
Ineabelle LThe rental of the truck was terrible they told me one price and they charged me something else. When I called they gave the runaround. Today I called again and they told me that supposedly I charged with an insurance that they didn’t offer to me and now the manager doesn’t want to confront me. What a TERRIBLE service with the VAN.
Martha GThe pickup place was great! Franky, Carlos and Nelson were wonderful and helpful. The inside of the cargo space of the truck was very dirty, I had to sweep it when I noticed everything was getting dirty.
