I asked to rent a dolly and was told by the representative that there were none to rent. I went out of my way and purchased one just to find out at my destination that there was a dolly for rent in the back of the truck I rented. I believe I should've been told that the trucks come equipped with dollys for rent.GULESER B.
I had a pickup truck reserved for 12:30 pm. I got to the store around 11:40am. The clerk had just rented the truck to another customer. She assured me that it would be back by 12:30. I actual did not get the vehicle until 1:15. The I was told I had to get back to the store by 6 pm. This caused some high stress since I was delayed 45 minutes. When I returned the truck at 6 pm the store was open but no one was minding the store. Not knowing what else to do I left the key on the cash register desk. The whole experience is not what I call good customer service.MARK C.
We had to wait over 30 minutes to be helped. The representative kept taking phone calls instead of helping us. Truck was very scratched, very dented, and took multiple pictures of it. When returning the truck, we waited in a very long of returns. Only one person checking everyone in. I went in to see how long we would be there and was ignored by the same employee from the day before and was rudely told to go outside and wait. This whole rental was very unprofessional to say the least.STACEY P.
The individual locations were terrific, but communicating with U Haul national was a nightmare. It took hours to get through on the phone, but once through, the problem was solved in less than a minute. The company problem is obvious.BILLIE K.
Would recommend the location but rather irritated that I returned the truck with more fuel in it than when I got it and yet I was charged a fuel charge. Also, I think going inside in person would have been more efficient than online.Brandi B.

I visited this location twice in the past week. The store was busy both days. With this being said, the store manager, Gina was extremely helpful on both occasions. I will return to this location every time I need to rent a truck.Montry W.
Gina is NOT a people person. She was rude and short with me and even rude to one of her co-workers infront of me and some other customers. I was asking her for a quote. She literally rolled her eye at me for asking a price before I decided. She was trying to add rental insurance and STILL hadn't given me a quote. She was trying to run a card and everything. Once I booked it, I was very clear that I only needed the car dolly for a few hours. I completely understand that 24 hrs was the minimum. When i returned it a few hours later, they tried to charge me for 2 days because that's how Gina wrote it up. She's unpleasant to say the least. I never answer questions about my experience, but I had to because I was so put off by the experience.MYLES A.
Everything was top notch. The staff was courteous and professional. The equipment was well maintained and clean. The store was very neat and organized. The location is very easy to access. While some of the storage units are still being constructed, it appears they are sturdy and weather tight. Keep up the good work.DANIEL E.
Trailer pulled very poorly. Tow weight was approximately 1000 lbs with 60/40 weight distribution. Trailer fishtailed and had a wobble. Returned trailer at least 30 hours early and did not receive a prorate.JASON T.

The rep who assisted me had impeccable customer service skills. She went well above and beyond what would have been required or expected in getting my trailer. She even went as far as to find a fuse for me because my tow light fuse had blown. She was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. For what my opinion is worth, she deserves a raise and a promotion. I believe her name was Es.RAYMOND G.
They were very helpful considering our planned drop off site (Fort Storage) refused our drop off due to upcoming expansions. Really! The alternative drop off was fantastic. Very accommodating.THOMAS P.

Customer service needs to be better. I was charged an extra fee for not filling up the van to the exact amount. I filled it up to the count that I drove off the lot. Additionally there was nobody at the counter to return the van. I waited for a while till someone showed up.DABNEY L.
