Sweet lady who rented the uhaul truck to me was (ES,B-) She was very nice and sweet but the main problem was the manager she was so rude to me even when I was trying to explain why I was going to be late . Never rent from them again..MARI-LOIS C.

I first went to another location to book my reservation. they advised me to go to the company store, as they had the trailer that i Needed. while making the reservation the agent recommended I take a different model as they did not have one in stock. I needed a trailer to haul a motorcycle with a wheel choke, The one i got did not have one. I did have a situation that arose that became a problem with tying done the motorcycle.. I have used UHaul to move my motorcycle befor and never hada problem.. Your agent never made no attempt to check any other locations and seemed as those -- Take it or leave it attitude.ROBERT H.

The actual Uhaul was a little dated compared to other ones I've gotten. We rented Uhauls from this location on 4 different occasions last week. My husband rented twice and I rented twice. During my two pick up the first occasion customer service was alright but the girl was younger and I had questions and she never really got me the answer and wasn't that helpful with the dolly or supplies. On my second visit which is this one I'm doing the survey on...customer service was AMAZING..the lady working was so helpful. She went above and beyond to make everything perfect for me. She was extremely busy but mutlitasked quite well. I was so impressed and thankful for everything she done to help me.Jill S.

I asked to rent a dolly and was told by the representative that there were none to rent. I went out of my way and purchased one just to find out at my destination that there was a dolly for rent in the back of the truck I rented. I believe I should've been told that the trucks come equipped with dollys for rent.GULESER B.
I had a pickup truck reserved for 12:30 pm. I got to the store around 11:40am. The clerk had just rented the truck to another customer. She assured me that it would be back by 12:30. I actual did not get the vehicle until 1:15. The I was told I had to get back to the store by 6 pm. This caused some high stress since I was delayed 45 minutes. When I returned the truck at 6 pm the store was open but no one was minding the store. Not knowing what else to do I left the key on the cash register desk. The whole experience is not what I call good customer service.MARK C.
We had to wait over 30 minutes to be helped. The representative kept taking phone calls instead of helping us. Truck was very scratched, very dented, and took multiple pictures of it. When returning the truck, we waited in a very long of returns. Only one person checking everyone in. I went in to see how long we would be there and was ignored by the same employee from the day before and was rudely told to go outside and wait. This whole rental was very unprofessional to say the least.STACEY P.
The individual locations were terrific, but communicating with U Haul national was a nightmare. It took hours to get through on the phone, but once through, the problem was solved in less than a minute. The company problem is obvious.BILLIE K.
