Long story sad story. I moved from Vancouver to Toronto a month ago and decided to use Uhaul box service to bring my furniture to Toronto. It was a huge mistake . Talking about Uhaul Vancouver marine drive everything worked very well, they dropped off and pick up the box on the same day and also the employees were very nice with a good customer service skills. Unfortunately I can't say the same about Uhaul Milton location. For my bad luck my ubox was sent to Uhaul Milton location. I had scheduled with Uhaul to deliver my ubox on may 3rd @11am but I didn't have parking lot around my building and also they don't offer drop off and pick up on the same day I changed it for a selfpick up for the same day may 3rd @11am. I hired someone to drive the Uhaul vehicle as I don't drive to pick up the ubox and deliver the empty on the same day. When the driver got at Uhaul Milton he was told that I didn't have scheduled a pick up date and they needed 24hrs. I missed a day at work and booked the elevator on my building to do the move. I couldn't wait for another day. I called them and a very rude guy answered the phone and repeated they needed 24 hrs to bring my box to the floor as I didn't have a reservation. I immediately hung up. I called the number that I got the reservation my reservation was on the system and they gave $50 for the mistake.The driver called me and said they were going to bring the ubox to him. I was very happy thinking that finally everything was working out. The driver got at my residence 12:30 and when we open the box, the box was empty!!!! Uhaul Milton location gave a empty box to the driver. I went back with the driver to the location and I was told that It would take between 2-3 hours to bring the ubox to the floor as there was many others box in front of mine but wait, I had a reservation ? Forget about that, they give a shit about customer. After another hour and half they finally brought my full ubox. What I am trying to say with my review is Uhaul is a big company, they don't care about customer. We are just a number for them. The two trips to Uhaul ( first one brought the wrong box and another one to bring the correct one) costs me $800- 8 hours waiting time for the drive. I paid $1300 to Uhaul to bring from Vancouver to Toronto. If I had hired a mover company I wouldn't had so many problems and they would treat me better. The manager from Uhaul Milton contact me saying the driver asked for a empty box and they would give me another $50. How come the driver asked for a empty box if he had a order number for my full box. So here it is, if you are looking for a good service run away from this company. Today I am telling you my frustration tomorrow with this company and hoping that anyone go through to this situation.IRILTON B.

Parking was full both times I arrived. Need more parking or less U-Haul vehicles in parking. Trailers need jacks! - I can't lift the trailer due to sore back. The attendant was fabulous though and connected the trailer for me.DWIGHTE E.
I have rated this average as the customer service representative there did not mention anything about a credit card charge and the estimate given also didn't mention that. But I had to pay $6 as credit card charges which is more than 10% of my total bill amount.SREEKUMAR K.

They should put longer light wiring harnesses on trailers and upgrade the computer on tow vehicles always have trouble using my jeep as tow vehicle.MICHAELR S.

Improve the app. Tried to use it to pickup the truck and after 40 minutes had to give up and go into the office which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. I will rent here again but I will not use the app.MICHAELKENNETH M.

First of all the truck millage was not matching the rental document. They tried to charge me based on the wrong millage even after I correct it online before I start. Plus I got double charge for using the dolly for no reason, and the customer service guy says I don't know why it's double charge and request us to come back another day to fix it with the manager.MOHSENFAROUK AHM E.

I rented a trailer online. I lined up to check-in and was sent to the yard to get the trailer - but the trailer wasn't there. I had to go back to the office and line up a 2nd time. After waiting in line - I was told the trailer that I had booked online wasn't available. My only option was a smaller trailer but at the same price. Both female customer service agents were very matter of fact with regards to the overall situation. It would appear there hasn't been a lot of "empathy" training with your customer service representatives.KENT W D.

Waited 45 minutes in line. There was only one cashier/CSR person. Trailer was booked for 9:30 pick up. Arrived at 9:15 and left just after 10:00. One would assume that being the 30th of the month, there would be more staff working. The representative was amazing, but another person should have been scheduled to help process intakes. I also couldn't find a place to park. Entrance and exit was congested with customer's parked vehicles.KYLE R.
