This facility has very helpful and pleasant employees. The locker areas are immaculate. It's all lit brightly and kept exceptionally clean. I will not hesitate to use this location again.

Kimberly H. | Overall ExperienceEvery time I had to interact with this business it turned into a frustrating, unsatisfactory experience. This began from the moment I rented my storage unit, when I didn't realize I needed ID, so I was refused the unit (even though I had just rented a U-Haul truck that I drove to the location). Being from out if town, I had no way to go home, get my ID,and be back before closing so I was forced to go home and rent the truck in the morning. Unfortunately the location I rented it from required the truck back in the morning, which I was unable to fulfill, and I was charged for an additional day. When I returned the next morning to rent my unit, I purchased a lock and provided a credit card for pre-authorized payments. A month later, a few days after the rent was due, I received an email advising that I had been charged an additional $15 because of my rent being late, I had no idea that there were any issues, yet I was suddenly charged for this? I promptly responded to the email advising that my rent couldn't be late as I was set up on pre-authorized credit card payments. I received an email back from manager Vanessa advising that my card was declined so that's why I was charged. I knew that there were no issues with the card so I asked Vanessa if we could confirm the expiry date to begin with. I didn't receive a response so about a week later I sent a follow-up email urging that I would like to get this resolved before the next payment was due, which also was unanswered. I then paid the overdue amount, including the $15 and emailed Vanessa yet again, to confirm my payment (through the card they were supposed to have on file) and asked her again to confirm the expiry date. She did not respond to this either. I then emailed U-Haul's general billing department, who I also never received a response from. As expected, a couple of days after the next payment was due, I received another message advising that once again, my rent was late and a $15 charge had been added to my account. I furiously responded once again, to please confirm the card information with me and expressed my displeasure that I was still dealing with this issue. Once again I received no response. A week to two weeks later I sent another email asking to resolve the issue or escalate it and once again, received no response. After a month, I was charged another $50 and had to escalate the situation myself to be resolved. This was dealt with to my satisfaction and I moved on, with no payment issues. It is unbelievable to me that a customer can be charged extra for no wrong doing (I gave the representative the card to enter for pre-authorized payments), and that they should have to waste so much time and effort to have the matter resolved. Unfortunately I wish that was also the last of my issues. In October I had to get some items from my unit. I arrived and discovered a chain on it, preventing me from opening it, with no notice or communication of why. I went all the way up to the office and was informed that my lock wasn't sufficient (that would be the same lock I purchased, for the unit, from U-Haul the day I rented the unit). I was provided a new lock and told someone would be out to remove the chain shortly. We waited 10 minutes and my husband finally went into the building and found someone who could do it. I was extremely bothered that I hadn't received any communication of this lock issue. I live in another city so it takes me a while to get there. What would I have done if I had shown up outside of business hours! Just be stuck without access? Why couldn't I have been notified of this issue through email so it could have been resolved? Why did I have to go through all this trouble, and why was the lock suddenly an issue when it wasn't when I bought it for the unit? Overall, any staff member I have dealt with has been fairly pleasant, with the exception of the manager Vanessa but I am so glad to have this entire experience behind me and never ever deal with them again.

You have a invaluable employee! Dedication like this is unheard of in most establishments today! Ms.Sirizzotti empathatetic manner give me the peace of mind that I needed! Because she was calm I regain my sense of calm, since I was about to leave your parking lot not know what the day will bring! I was able to accomplish all that I set out to do! With no incidence a safe journey and with a happy out come! Ms.Sirizzotti taught me one lesson there is still some goodness left in the way people treat others! I hope she becomes one of your professional instructors and top managers! Some people go to university to learn those qualities! Ms.Sirizzotti has those natural abilities and is worthy of recognition! *And by the way please raise her pay! Note: there were other employees present that were very kind and supportive! The truck was very clean and well sanitized. The return intake lady was friendly! Thank you for the Service you provide in Milton! Respectfully! Marlene Irwin
