None of additional supplies were prepared or available. Had to drive extra miles to acquire own dollies and blankets, was then charged for extra mileage.

Drivers licence and credit card were photographed on a personel cellphone. Was not happy about that. Not sure why the credit card pic was needed as it was entered on the website when the reservation was made. There was nobody that did a walk around.
Sue VHave more than 1/4 tank of gas in tank when you pick it up. Report check engine lights also.
