Wouldn't give me a receipt for the return trailer. Said the system was down. Ask the clerk if they would sign my receipt, saying it was returned. They wouldn't do that.

I have used U Haul several times and have been extremely happy with the service. This reservation was bad enough to not want to use you again. I had a 9am reservation, when we arrived we were told we couldn't get the truck until 10am. We came back at 10 and were told the employee that handled U Haul wouldn't be in until 12. At this point we had been paying our movers to just sit around. We didn't finally end up with the truck until 1pm and had payed our movers $90 for nothing.
Cynthia O.Only thing that I noticed was the attendant could not find the key to the key drop. We dropped it in went into to take care of the paper work and he said that he needed the key. So, we popped the lock,got the key and took it in. Need to either replace lock and find the key or take the box down. Regards.
