I got to the desk about 11:30am, nobody was there. I saw a sign saying they might be in the back parking lot where the trucks are parked. I drove around, didn't see anyone. I called the Uhaul main number. They're calling the office, so I answered the phone. Obviously the guy isn't here to answer? Took me almost 40min before I could get on the road. The truck was ok, but it rained a bit and the driver side wiper blade fell off.

Working lock for storage trunk. (Mine was snipped.)
mario aThe Lock instructions conflict. While remote picking up of vehicle, the piece of paper with the key says to drop off the lock before leaving and while dropping off the vehicle the App says to use the lock to return the key.

TAREEQ AI had to wait for an hour because the truck I was assigned was wrongly parked and blocked by other trucks and it couldn't get out of the parking. Also, the initial fuel level was wrongly reported by staff and I was overcharged upon return. And hI had to waste my time again fixing it because of their mistakes
