Very fast efficient process
MARKEISHA MThe person helping me when I picked up the U-Haul was great. The picking up process went smoothly. However dropping off did not. The app timed out at the end and never sent a confirmation that the drop off was completed, so I had to call U-Haul customer service. I asked for a call back due to wait time. The first callback dropped the call as soon as someone supposedly came on the line. The second person was very helpful. However, this added an extra almost hour to an already very long day.
Emily MThe battery was dead and had to be jumped. Apparently someone left a light on and drained the battery. Other than that all was good
Phillip Rwas not told when I rented the truck it would be .62 cents per mile. Was told I was being 157 miles along with the daily rental. Also I had to keep the truck extra days and did not know the insurance was added on a daily basis. The truck sat in my yard for 17 days before we were able to unload it .
