Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey were very helpful, drove me in their golf cart down the street to a different U-Haul dealer to get a trailer light adapter as they didn’t have one in stock at the time of my rental.
DEREK HThe only thing that would have made this experience better is if you would have paid the bill for me. The truck was great. Clean and comfortable. The staff at this location is friendly and generally amazing. I have rented from them before and will again.
Michael DExplain the charges when returning and how you decipher the charges of $1.09 a mile up to Thursday and $1.29 a mile on Fri-Sat?? Is that way to charge all the miles at $1.29??
WILLIAM RThis location is a storage place, very small space to return trailer. There is another U-haul only location less than 1/2 a block away. Would had been easier to return it there.
