The tire was flat When I loaded the trailor the tire went flat. Unsafe
JASPER TI found out through the couple that helped me move that the truck was already dirty when they entered the back but at the time of return I did not know this. The front desk came & said, that I needed to sweep the truck out & take an empty 16oz. water bottle out which was not ours. Also, the same rep said, that the mileage was a certain amount & I knew it wasn't, the time alotted was written down by the same rep, which I knew was not the correct amount of time. Then she tried to tell me that I went over the time written down. I rented the truck for a day! She was the one who put down 4 hours.
