Very difficult using the mobile system . Owners were helpful but took way too long to get in and out of the place.

At this U-Haul the lady that helped me was great, offering excellent service & she was very personable. The thing was that the truck was pretty dirty inside & out. So much so that because the windshield was so dirty that when the sun hit it I had a very hard time seeing well. Also, the previous person must of had to use the jack & failed to re-secure it so it & it's pieces were rolling all around when going around curves. I'm sure this was an isolated incident because the lady who helped me reflected great competency so I can't imagine this is the norm for her store.
